When working with live poultry, the number of chicks that actually hatch is not always what we predict. If there is an under hatch of a specific breed you can opt to ship your order without that breed, change your order to a later hatch date, or substitute for a different breed we may have available.
If you are contacted regarding a hatch date issue, please call us immediately at 1-888-568-9755. We appreciate your quick response which is necessary to meet the mailing deadline. However, if you do not contact us regarding this matter by 3:00 PM EST, Meyer Hatchery will elect to ship your order short or change the hatch date of your order. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience this may cause, but look forward to speaking with you to find a resolution.
