Meyer Hatchery may issue a credit in one of three ways. A store credit, a refund to the credit card used to place the order, or a refund check.
If you request a store credit, this is typically processed within 24 hours, if not immediately, and will automatically be deducted from your next order.
If you are expecting a refund to your credit card, please allow 7-10 business days for internal processing and for the change to reflect on your statement. Please keep in mind, we can only refund to the card used to place the order.
Depending on when you requested a refund, your bank or credit card company may show the refund on your following statement. For instance, if you requested a refund at the end of May, by the time it is fully processed it may not show up until your June statement.
If we are unable to refund to your credit card, we will mail you a refund check. Refund checks may take 2-3 weeks to process and arrive in the mail. Instances that may require a refund check to be sent are your credit card is expired or otherwise invalid, or it has been more than 120 days since originally paying for your order.
