There are several reasons why your payment may be declined. For deferred payments, Meyer Hatchery will make every attempt to contact you. If we are unable to reach you before your order is scheduled to hatch/ship, we will cancel your order.
For declined orders requiring immediate payment, please double-check with your bank first for fund availability, then try re-entering your personal information, paying close attention to the card number and expiration date as well as billing address.
If you need to update your payment method on file to a new card, go to "My Account" then "Payment Profile". Once your new payment method is on file, please chat or call us to update your order.
