In order for your wholesale discount to apply to your order (or tax exemption), you must be logged into your Meyer Hatchery account prior to placing any orders. You can verify that you are logged in by clicking on the account icon in the top right hand corner and viewing your account page. We are not able to refund tax retroactively. If you place an order without logging in, you must request a cancellation and place a new order.
