The Meyer Hatchery Retail Store in Polk, Ohio has recently launched a loyalty program for our customers. At checkout, easily enroll in our Loyalty Program using your cell phone number. Once you've opted in, a text message will be sent to your phone with a personalized link to check your point status.
If you previously signed up or have lost the text message containing your link, the store can send a status update from the square terminal at the click of a button. You can also enroll or check your status here.
Simply enter the mobile phone number you used at registration and select "Request Loyalty Code". You'll receive a confirmation that your Loyalty Code has been sent. Once received, enter the code and select "Sign In".
Logged into your account you can view your account information and an overview of your current point status. Points will accumulate with every in-store purchase leading to rewards you can later redeem. There is a link on receipts to add your loyalty points to your account within 2 days from your purchase. You can also view your recent activity including things like the date of your loyalty enrollment and recent point related transactions.
Currently, this loyalty program is only available to in-store customers. Rewards can be used toward any store purchase of merchandise, feed, or bin chicks!
