Can I pay with a purchase order?

Meyer Hatchery no longer accepts purchase orders for new accounts.

For existing customers who have been grandfathered into this payment option, the following terms apply:

Purchase Order Agreement

This agreement applies to schools, government entities, and non-profit organizations placing orders with Meyer Hatchery using a purchase order.

1. Purchase Order Accuracy

   • All purchase orders must match the order exactly, including product quantities, unit prices, and shipping charges.

   • Any discrepancies may result in order delays or cancellation.

2. Payment Terms

   • Payment is due within Net 15 days from the invoice date.

   • Payments not received within the Net 15 period will result in the suspension of purchase order privileges. Customers will then be required to prepay future orders.

3. Authorization

   • By submitting a purchase order, the customer confirms authorization to enter into this agreement on behalf of their organization.
