When working with live poultry, the number of chicks that actually hatch is not always what we predict. If there is an under hatch of a specific breed, you can opt to ship your order without that breed, change your order to a later hatch date, or substitute for a different breed we may have available. When placing your order, it's very important to give us your requests then so if we are not able to contact you, we are able to make a decision that goes with your wishes.
