• Are you trying to checkout with a PO Box? Heavy merchandise, bulky merchandise, and other specific birds require a physical address, either for a permit or for shipping reasons. 

I have a coupon code for repeat customers, but it's telling me invalid when I enter it.

• You must log in to your account. Click on the account icon in the top right to log in. Once logged in, go back to the cart and enter the code again.

I should have a wholesale discount or be tax-exempt, but I'm not seeing this reflected in the cart!
