Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order is packed and ready to go, you will receive a text message and email notification. Email confirmations will go out all day on ship day, even after 4 pm EST. Often times, your tracking number is not updated by USPS until that evening.  Waterfowl can take a bit longer to complete the hatching process so they can ship anytime between Monday and Wednesday. Tracking will be emailed and a text message will be sent once they are on their way.

We do ship merchandise (non-live) through USPS, FedEx, or UPS and you will receive a tracking number.
