Here are a few things to look for in telling the difference between your white cornish cross broiler chicks and your white broad-breasted turkey poults:
- Turkey poults will have a small knob or bump on their forehead.
- Turkey poults will be larger than Cornish Cross Broilers.
- White Cornish Cross Broiler chicks will be yellow with yellow legs while the broad-breasted white turkey poults have pinkish-colored legs.
- White Broad-Breasted Turkey Poults will have some darker yellow coloring on the top of their heads.
